Inspired editing & coaching
One-on-one sessions
A unique form of editing that co functions as a type of inspired coaching via your creativity however that takes shape. You don’t have to work creativity to benefit from this one on one work. I believe creativity is a direct pathway into feeling connected to our inner world and who we are. My passion is holding space and making room through discussion, movement and creative writing practices for individuals to hear themselves. Let’s make work where we can sense the consciousness behind the work, and can feel into the feelings being transmitted because the individual had the courage to let themself feel something.
I know from lived experience the power of creativity to help us recover more of our authentic self. I take an unconventional approach where I cater this one- on- one service to the individual, drawing on my experience as a yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor, and body soul writing workshop facilitator. I use a combination of movement, yogic breath work and writing practices that attune to the body to honour what the body wants to bring through.
If you’re curious about this process and working together, get in touch to set up a free brief intro call where we can get to know each other, see if it’s a good fit and set up a plan.
Investment: $95.00 for an hour session

Good question! It’s a mix of both depending on who I am working with. If you are a creative writer and want feedback and a sounding board for your work we will work to uncover obstacles in your process and listen for what is most alive and true in your work. Having your work witnessed and reflected back can be a powerful experience in rediscovering what is most vital in you and what wants expressed.
If you are not a creative but are feeling stuck in life I will use creative writing and deep listening practices to help you get back in touch with yourself. It is here, in our rich creative inner world, where the answers to our deepest questions reside.

Absolutely! Everyone benefits from the therapeutic nature of creative practices. We are innately creative beings, cell by cell we all came into being. I use art and movement in my group and individual work because creativity helps us connect to our unconsciousness, the deeper parts of ourselves that we aren’t consciously aware of, that we don’t know. When we get to know these parts of ourselves our life starts to feel novel and alive again. We become interested in discovering the beings and desires within that get tucked away to survive life. Getting into relationship with our inner world is getting into relationship with our creativity where we grow our capacity to be in change and contradiction- life’s stormy undulations we all have to weather. Nature is always changing and we are nature! Life is hard, but seeing ourselves with curiosity helps us remain open to the possibilities that life continually offers us.

You get to be creative. We are getting out of our heads and into our bodies. As oppose to talking and discussing and creating action plans we are taking our cues from you and your unconscious! You hold all the answers to where your life wants to move and how it wants to unfold. Together through different creative exercises we will both get to know parts of you that haven’t had a chance to be expressed or known.

Creativity is magical. Being witnessed and deeply listened to is magical. It reminds us we can create the life we want. We have the creative capacity to make changes in our life, which starts from seeing life, ourselves as a vast landscape full of possibility and potential. At the very least what it can do is shake us up from our monotonous routines and automatic ways of being so we have more access to curiosity and presence. Sometimes what’s needed is just a shift in perspective, so we can enjoy and be present to what is already alive and here.

This will vary person to person, but generally to start 3 sessions is a nice starting place.
